  • September 15 - graphic jury decision about cover graphic and title contest winner
  • October 15 - closing date for submission of tracks
  • November 15 - listening committee decision about use of tracks and running order
  • December 1 - master CD ready
  • December 1 - website and booklet finished, website files added to disk to mail out with CD or to master CD (multimedia section)
  • December 15 - master CD with multimedia section or master CD and website file disk mailed out to distribution helpers
  • December 15 - public announcement of the CD, new website published, orders can be taken and mailed out
